Help with system halt

I arrived this morning to find my 918LX halted with a register dump
tot he console.  Entering CM mode and RS does not restart the
system. The status line at the bottom of the screen stops at:

FLT 703A

I am guessing that this is probably a memory module error.  Can any
here confirm this?
