There are two tools available for reviewing shutdown and start up messages.

Conmsg a program and Conlog which is a command file that reads the system
log for all messages sent to the console. There are both contributed and
are usually located in the TELESUP account.

The note KBAN00000449 provides details about conlog.

Telesup tools can be obtained by installing:

6.5: PUBXL.TELESUP if NRCLX54 or later is installed.
7.0: PUBXL.TELESUP if NRCLXX9 or later is installed.
7.5: PUBXL.TELESUP (fos).
