We upgraded our 996 to a 997 yesterday.  So far no problems.

Has anyone experienced any problems when doing a 997 upgrade?

We attempted ours and the system kept hanging after answering yes to
ISL.
Had to back it out!

Our OS is 5.5 / Power Patch 4.
