2.  I'd like a new capability that would allow me to capture any input that
is entered by a user on his terminal (while interacting with the CI or
another utility).  Many of our users are located in remote sites and many
times problems that they have, turn out to be bad input on their part.
Being able to capture their input would make 'my' job easier.

I've tested a product from Workgroup Solutions, (714) 770-7930, called
Spyglass that does what you want.  It can watch or covertly spy on the
user.  However, I could never get them on the phone and had trouble
getting working releases, though version 2.0 seems clean
