copy.  The ballots are to be returned by July 1, 1997.

I remember someone here recently mentioned the SIB and exhorting us
to please fill it out and return, especially as it pertains to
Cobol compiler enhancements.  Well, I got my SIB and I was surprised
to see it's for HP-UX only.  The cover letter says to disregard the
SIB if you don't have an HP-UX, so I round-filed it.

So, my question is "Where's the MPE SIB?".
