I don't think you can have an open slot.
Take the memory from 7A and 7B and put it in 3A and 3B.
IIRC memory has an order.

I pull the memory from slot 3A and 3B and restarted.  Now we just get
an Attention light and nothing on the console after the baud sense.

Advice?
