Greg is honest enough to put the rate he wants to pay in his post. But
realistically, he is not likely to attract anyone who hasn't already seen
any local ads in Roseville. Think about it for a moment.
Someone looking for this type of work is going to need to relocate to
Roseville (or else work remotely, which is mentioned as an option), and I
just don't think this can be done realistically at those rates. I know
$60/hour can translate into a goodly chunk'o'change, but not enough to
support the acquisition of a decent home (read house) in CA, and that's the
high end. Salaried people are making $30!

 I know this is a problem, but I'd be interested in hearing (off line,
possibly) from other contractors) about their take on this rate, and the
asspciated problems.
