All User UFIDs in an 'ACCOUNT' directory object (or file)
have been zero since MPE Release 5.0 Pull (X.50.20).

Up to and including MPE/iX 4.5 User information in the directory
was kept in file/directory objects, just like accounts and groups
still are.
All of this is now maintained in the HPUID (and HPGID) databases.

HTH,
Goetz.
