For those of us that are not at Educational Institutions, WRQ has been very
adamant about NOT offering site licenses.  I have asked about them for years
and always been told the same thing, paraphase:

" we don't offer them!  we did some years ago and were "scre#w#d" by the
customer.  Next question?"
