Hey, that's the hidden beauty of Raid5 ! You've probably lost that drive but, since Raid5 ensures resiliency by parity, you can lose a drive and still access your data/OS/whatever is on that disk array.

If I were you, and if you've not yet done so, I'd call the hardware maintenance.
