I'm connecting to ITRC fine. But for the past several days, I have been
unable to connect from work to HP addresses in the 38.202.81.x range, such
as www.businessservers.hp.com, or certain press releases (whereas the
connection is great from home, but that's outside normal business hours on
the East Coast). Since we have a client with known issues for a few 38.
addresses, I thought that some clever configuration change might have hurt
us on our end, but I asked someone else on list to have a look, and he
reported unreliable results. Is anyone else seeing this?

Subject: IT Resource Center down?

Is it just me or is the ITRC center system(s) down?
