On a DEC Alpha running DEC Unix I have just implemented a program called
mpack/munpack, which will create or decode a mime attachment from a file.
If you have a c compiler or gcc it might compile easily on MPE/iX.

using FAX/3000 and deliver.e (we have it, gotta use it). I've determined
that I will need to generate a MIME header for the attachment. I seem to
recall talk about this sometime ago. If anyone has done this, and could
provide a sample or discussion, I would appreciate it.
