DON'T use this anymore.  The suffix is now "htm".  Part of a fix
I needed to make was to rename the index page back to "index.htm".
I had changed it to be "index.html" to be more consistent with
other filenames on jazz.  But, this was a problem with the
"home" link on each slide -- so I renamed the index back to
"index.htm".  The correct URL is:
    http://jazz.external.hp.com/papers/HPWorld_99/CI/index.htm

Sorry for the confusion!
