HELP JOBSECURITY ALL will explain the rules of this command.
Basically, if you have AM capability you can control any job
that logs on to you account. Otherwise you have to be logged
on the same user/account as the job.

Subject: have a question about job security set to a low
We have the job security set to a low but programmers are unable to break or
resume their own job that they stream. Keep getting the error the says :
Job security is HIGH or the job is not yours. Cannot use BREAK, RESUME,
ALT,
or ABORT. (CIERR 3047)
any advice would be helpful
