Your reasoning is a little too simplistic for me. Your arithmetic is
good but you fail to explain how to "do away with those 10%". It's
never been accomplished by any nation and probably never will be. The
"greedy" and the "have not" populations are both growing, accompanied
by corresponding increases in crime.

Shawn. I didn't make the "only way" assertion, Bill did.

We can't kill all of them. If we try, their population will increase.

We can't imprison all of them. We don't have enough prisons for our own
criminals.

Terrorists perceive us as the criminals. The option of imprisoning us
doesn't exist. The option of killing us does.

If we can somehow convince them that we are not criminals, they will
have no reason to kill us.

In the long run, we have no other choice.
