Hi all,
Does anybody have a neat way of determining the number of
non-deleted records in a KSAMXL file, other than doing a
fcopy or print ?

We have a file where the eof  typically shows 100000+ records
and it seems a bit OTT to have to read the whole file just to
see how many live records there are.
