Brian,
>Any ideas how to get a copy of this manual?
I don't think there is a separate Java/iX manual. Just a couple
of Communicator articles when new versions were released, some
README files in the JAVA account, and the material on Jazz. And
then, of course, all the Java documentation at Sun and in books
that deals with the platform independent aspects of Java.
Oh, while on the subject of Java books... Bruce Eckel wrote a
pretty decent one (Thinking in Java) and it used to be available
for free download as PDF file on his web site... The PDF version
can be handy for getting a first impression or looking up things
via Ctrl-F(ind)... for end-to-end reading you might still want
to buy a paper copy (and allocate some spare time ;-)
Lars.
