I have been asked to keep the list updated as to offers that have come
about.  So far (and I am still counting), I have offers from 5 independent
sources.  Only time will tell if there are duplicates amongst the group...
in reality, there probably will be - but the sources are all from different
parts of the US, so there is also the likelihood of having some vast
differences.   When I have "recollected" a variety, I will post a picture on
my web site for all to see...
