We have up to 180 telnet users on a 969/120 and had no problems until
the telnet "I" patch (PTDFDT3A).  The jury is still out on whether or
not the patch is to blame, but we ran cleanly from October-December when
that patch was installed.  I have heard of a newer patch PTDFDW9A
in beta that may fix this, but that remains to be seen.
