Hello all,

I have a HP3000/969, and this morning it was down, all power was on but 
system was not running, no response from the console.

So I power cycle it, and on the display panel (above the key switch) it 
displays the following:

"Proceeding to turn DC on"

On the console it displays garbage when the power is turned on, but that 
it's, the message on the display remains.

Does anyone have any idea what needs to be replaced?

I'm thing power supply, but then all the power is on.
