Can anyone ID this EPROM chip for me. On the sticker (over the erase?
window) it has the following:

62-051
2914
V61/S29

On the chip itself it has:

1818-4683
028NU2V

The static bag it's in has a sticker that says:

5062-4606
PROM: 060

and the box it's in has a sticker that says:

26761B #060
PROM: OPT 060

but the bag/box is opened, and this chip may be the one that was
replaced.

Any ideas? I think it's an old 256X printer PROM chip, but which one?

Thanks in advance.
