I still opt for something in Canada. With the exchange rate, you certainly
get more bang for your buck. Toronto was great except for the fiasco at the
party.

I wouldn't dismiss Albuquerque so quickly. As Jeff Woods noted yesterday,
Albuquerque could likely have the most attractive and convenient air
terminal
facilities in the US. The airport abuts one edge of town and shares its
presence with Kirtland AFB. Moreover it is served by nearly a dozen major
airlines with direct flights several times a day to the Bay Area, Denver,
Dallas, and Chicago. It is as centrally located as Denver is, but with a
much
more convenient air transport.

Although I haven't checked, I am sure that convention facilities in
Albuquerque exist that could easily handle a convention the size of Interex.
The food is excellent in Albuquerque and yet surprisingly inexpensive. The
city is quite handsome, but then so is the surrounding area.

Appeal is the only attribute that I can't speak to, simply because that is
primarily in the eye of the beholder.

Thank you. I will whenever given the chance :-).
