OK, We'll upgrade it from "No plan" to "Not a very good plan".  I suppose
we'll see how good a plan it was--when the dust settles in 50 years or so.

If even half of Mr. Woodward's book is true; with all the backstabbing,
infighting, undercutting, and upstaging in the Bush administration, I'm
amazed that they can present such a united front...

Thank you for the Cliff notes.  And here I was thinking the biggest
complaint of liberals was that there was no plan.  oops, that was last week.
