You can buy Oracle Database Server for MPE/iX, with which you get sqlnet.
So far as I've found, this is the only route to sqlnet on MPE/iX.  If you
find out differently, please let me know!

Oracle also has a Transparent Gateway for TurboImage, so this product
allows other sqlnet to can access TubroImage data as if they were Oracle
tables.
