Subject: [HP3000-L] Looking for Conversion Help

I was wondering if anyone out there can help me. We have been working with
a vendor which will remain unnamed regarding a conversion from an HP3000
environment to the HP9000. We are primary a Cobol, Cognos shop. Our
solution was to use the AMXW tool and the target database was to be
Eloquence. This unnamed vendor has provided a cost prohibitive solution
AFTER we were led to believe the cost was going to be significantly lower.
This belief was via a signed agreement for much lower cost. So, we liked
the conversion solution, but would like to entertain other conversion
alternatives. Can anyone suggest a company or have had experience with a
successful conversion. I would love to hear from you.

Thanks......
