Tim,  from my experience with Excel, if you have a second worksheet that
looks for data from another workseet you need to be careful with the sort
option.

I have a spreadsheet with 10 worksheets and I always have to make sure the
main worksheet is sorted correctly or the data on the dependant worksheet
will not calculate correctly and then I have other issues; such as trying to
explain my data to management (not a good thing).

So, I don't believe you can do what you want to do. But, you might do a
search in Google for websites that deal with Excel.  In the past I've found
a couple of boards that helped answer some of my questions.  Just a thought.
