I have lzw'd (Telamon zipped) a group of priv files (an image db), then ftp'd to
another machine. Then when I lzw unzip on the other machine this causes a
Priv file violation. The log-on user and group (and acct) have pm capability.
This does work on a different machine. This also does work on this machine
with non-Priv files. The difference I see is: works from 6.0 to 6.0, priv files
don't work from 6.0 to 5.5, non-priv files do work from 6.0 to 5.5.
