Last year, a friend of mine upgraded his "Girlfriend 3.1" to "Girlfriend
PLUS 1.0" (marketing name: Fiancee' 1.0 [beta]).

Recently he upgraded "Fiancee 1.0" to "Wife 1.0" and determined it to be
a
memory hogger, and found that it has consumed all of his available space
and system resources. "Wife 1.0" must be running before he can
accomplish anything, and seems to conflict with other running tasks such
as: "NetSurf 3.0", "Bowling 3.01", "NFLSunday 4.0", "BoysNightOut 1.2",
and "BabeHunt 6.0". [...]39_7Mar199708:54:[log in to unmask]

Hi Scott,

I have been using DTC Manager on the 3000 for a longggg time and I'v
alway been under the impression (mistaken?) that you have to use the
openview and dtc mgr for windows 3.1 (and 95/NT if I ever get the
software) version to control DTC's on the 3000. I have Openview on a
unix box and whenever I have asked when dtc mgr for the 3000 will be
supported the answer has always been, take a DEEP breath. If I'm
wrong someone from HP give me a product No.!
