As I understand this issue, MS instituted a change in SP1 of Office XP that automatically blocks access to
certain types of file attachments in Outlook (PPT files are what we are seeing).  Does anyone know how to "turn off" these blocks?  We haven't 
found anything on how to do this on the MS website.  I was told this is buried in the registry somewhere, but don't have anymore details.
