Personal Stationery StationeryI tried the 'Call Me Now' feature on the HP
Electronic Support Center to log a software call yesterday. If you haven't
had a chance to use this feature it sure beat the old way of entering a
support call and waiting for the call back. I typed in the call
information, selected the 'Call Me Now' radio button and submitted the call.
As the web page with the call id came back to my screen the phone rang. The
mechanical voice asked me to press 1 to complete the call. I was then put
on hold - no surprise. The surprise was that less than a minute on hold I
had an engineer answer the phone. My problem is now resolved - it turned
out to be old user code not HP system code but they pointed me in the right
direction

Thank you HP!
