Sorry, I should have been more specific:

   On our machine, with 5.5 PP4, I can *use* FINFO ("filename", 58 .. 61)
   even though those items don't show up in the "HELP FINFO, ALL" text.

As Jeff explained, the help file didn't get upgraded in 5.5
