Hi all,
We have a need for a couple of COBOL/VIEW/IMAGE contractors. The
initial contract will be for 6 to 9 months, and may possibly be extended
after that.
The job will be just outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Some requirements:
Must be very, very strong at COBOL/VIEW/IMAGE.
You must be able to work on-site here in Wisconsin
(Green Bay area) 5 days a week (telecommuting is not an option for this
assignment).
You must be able to work well under stress (lots of it).
You should be able to 'find your way
around' the system with a minimum of supervision/guidance (there will be
coding direction, but it will likely be short, and to the point. There
are folks available for help/direction, but they have other projects to
complete - hence the reason for these openings).
We use SUPRTOOL and DATANOW extensively, and QEDIT is
our source editor, so knowledge of these tools is a real plus.
Previous experience with full SDLC and SOX compliance
procedures is a plus.
We'd like the start date for this assignment to be early in
January of 2006 (or sooner if you're available).
Please send your resume directly to me - note: I will try to answer each
resume submission personally, however, if I am unable to, please know in
advance that your resume *will* be reviewed. If you are selected for an
interview, your resume will be forwarded to an IT Staffing vendor that
we already do business with for formal submission to the interview team.
We plan to set up interviews ASAP, and we do understand the
holiday season is upon us. When both candidates have been selected, I
will post that the openings have been filled to the list, so that I
don't leave anybody in Limbo.
Thanks in advance for your help, and HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!
