I loved your subtle allusion to "costly" dates! I guess this is just human
nature (and it's not new, by any means). It's not a coincidence that
people refer, vaguely, to "the oldest profession in the world" whenever the
issue of chasing skirts comes along every now and then.
Ah, for the virtues of loyalty. Hopefully, HP will not squander the
tremendous loyalty that the world-wide HP3000 community has consistently
demonstrated in the past.
Austin, Texas (Ron Seybold's dance headquarters) is the armadillo capital
of the world. There is another rhyming word that might apply to Palo Alto:
peccadillo.
In the true spirit of love, though, let's not forget the prodigal son in
the Bible. (Hey, Ron: Isn't Texas in the Bible Belt also?)
