Ditto to Steve Patrick's message re: running C.06.xx release of TI on 4.0, BUT
 
HP still has GR patches for the G0.xx release of Allbase/SQL available on 4.0.
The most current patch is SQLHX47 B which will install A.G0.30 release of
Allbase.
