The configurator is HP List Price from their CPL.

You get hefty discounts as a member of the CSPP
if you are a software developer (making products
that run on the e3000).

Also, when you buy from a reseller you are usually
able to get some discount even if you are not a
member of CSPP.

HP has never sold a 1-3 user license for the e3000.
