I know this is out-dated, but we still have some users that have been using
Executive Card Manager.  We are trying to convert ECM data, running from DOS
on a PC, to a text file.  The data records run in the thousands.  We've
tried BASIC format file transfer, but it only works if there are no double
quotes, and, of course, there are too many to try to go in and change.
Anybody have any ideas?
