You will find some info on VMERGE in the HP 3000 Communicator for 5.0 (General Release) in chapter 6 and a more detailed
look in chapter 10 (the user manual for the utility).  HP part number 30216-90124. According to my LaserROM for 5.5 this is the
only manual the documentation appears in.
