A number of issues regarding the SQL Optimizer's use of TPI indexes
have been resolved and will be in the version of IMAGE/SQL which is
shipping on Express 3. If you are considering utilizing TPI indexes
via SQL you need to move to this release of IMAGE/SQL as it resolves
a number of key issues to facilitate optimum use of TPI.

This same release of IMAGE/SQL also includes b-tree indexes.
