COOOL! [I never knew this about outlook -- sure enough, "it works"]
To be fair, though, you have to realize this is a feature of the client and
not really related to the form of the incoming message (in fact, just to
check it I dug up an HTML message I recently received and sure enough, it
did resize "to a degree") OTOH, portions of the text sent as a bit-map
probably won't "resize" [at least, not cleanly/easily] so your point is
valid in many cases.
