Are there any MAC address level filters for CISCO routers, that can be
applied to allow only traffic for a specific DTC (known MAC address) to get
through the router and out onto the "WAN".

We are trying to restrict the amount of WAN traffic to the absolute minimum.

This would allow us to keep "local" DTC traffic off the WAN.
