Ok - I checked we have 4 copies for sale ... contact [log in to unmask], the
price is $49.95 US.

 I have called Marguerite to tell her about this thread ... and see what she
might have in stock ... it is probably time for an update of the Handbook ...
Adager was a big contributor (along with Robelle) - maybe they along with Stan
and Jon Bale could be persuaded to add some info on Jumbo datasets, the BTrees
etc... I could voulunteer our team to do a chapter on ODBC access to Image/SQL
...
