I'm unsure if what we are using is actually 32bit but see configuration below.

Here is our DTCMGR configuration:

HP Vectra P90
20MB Ram
HP Openview for windows D.00.01
DTCMUSER A.14.40

This configuration is usable but slow.  I would recommend adding ram and
maybe using a faster processor.
