Hi Everyone

We have 2 MPE 6.5 machines. (Both delivered at the same time !)

We wish to use termdsm.  On one machine all is OK on the other we get the
following message

cstm > ru termdsm
-- Error --
Failed to start running a utility.
The UI failed to initiate an interactive dialog with a support tool.

Any ideas ?
