You might give a call to Design/3000 in Salem, OR.  They have a product
called CALLBACK/3000 which monitors jobs and systems, and can work its way
through a contact list of phone numbers until someone responds.  Their
number is 503-585-0512.  They have an International Sales office in the UK
as well, and that number is 44-905-79-4646.  I'm sorry but I don't have
prices for you.  However, I feel safe in saying it's WELL under $100,000.00!
