Win95/Netware 3.11/Reflection

We have a NetWare 3.11 LAN.  The users all log into Netware,
then use Reflection/NSConnection to log into the HP3000.

I have a use with Windows 95 on the network, and want to install
Reflection on his PC.  Does everything work the same way?  That
is, should I install NS Connection and then my Reflection for
Windows disks?  Will this work w/o much of a problem?
