Hi Ed,

If you can extract the source code in any text format then that's easy to get on to the system and compile and/or update if it's written for an earlier MPE tables layout etc. If you have binary files on a real 3000 then you can use Reflection to download then in ;LABELS format and I can upload them from that. My Series III does not currently have a good PCLINK2.PUB.SYS, but I have found one since I packaged it up that will be in the next version or I can send it as a SIMH tape to anyone who needs it.

Otherwise, there are a few people who can convert physical tapes into SIMH format tape images that can then be :RESTOREd into the simulated environment. I believe Stan provided the tools needed to do this in the ALLEGRO account in my setup, so it could be possible to use say Refelction to transfer that to a real 3000 with a tape drive and do the conversion from physical tape to virtual tape there. I have not tried this myself so I don't know how much work it would be to set up.

The Series III simulator should simulate the hardware to the level required for PEEKABOO to work I think.

IIRC, it may have only worked on ATC ports on a Series II/III or at least wasn't commonly available on the HP-IB systems so it may be pretty rare as collectibles go.
