I am attempting to upgrade a 917LX from 6.0 to 7.0.  I have
carried out the pre-upgrade tasks according to the Software
Maintenance Manual that ships on the MPE/iX 7.0 instant info
CD-ROM. I have verified the SLT, FOS, and SUBSYS tapes.  I
have also verified that there is sufficient contiguous and overall
disc space for the procedure.

When I try to carry out the initial boot from alternate boot path
using the factory SLT I get the following error:

Have I missed a step somewhere?  The tape drive is the same
one that I used to verify the tapes that I am using and this
procedure was itself carried out within the past 24 hours.
