Hi Bob,

We use <plug>MPEX from Vesoft</plug>.  It has a nifty command: SAVEJOB that
saves all the jobs in WAIT or SCHED state. Later, after the start norecovery,
you can issue a DOSAVED command from within MPEX and it'll restream the jobs
for you.
