We sent a diskette to a remote plant (the old 5-1/4" size) with instructions to
remove the sleeve and place the diskette in the drive. He CUT THE BLACK
JACKET off the diskette and inserted the bare platter into the drive.

One user said his Cupholder wasn't working right. We said What Cupholder?
He said - You know, the thing that slides out the front of the PC when you
push the button that says 2X...

Several users couldn't get their footpedals to work. They had placed the
mouse under their desk...

Then there's the classic "It says press any key to continue and I can't
find the ANY key!"

 - You ASCII stupid question, you get a stupid ANSII.
