The mapping of the MPE Intrinsics to UNIX is part of the process
provided by a migration from DB-Net, Inc.  The Intrinsics have been
migrated to UNIX and NT.  I trust that everyone realizes the complexity
involved from the responses I have seen on the list.  It took many man
years to accomplish this and is one of the contributing factors to the
lack of migration offerings from MPE to other platforms.

In addition, I agree with some previous posts indicating that HP will
most likely not offer these routines under UNIX.
